Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms govern your use of SPREADnGO (the "Service"). By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
1. The Service
SPREADnGO is a subscription platform that lets record labels distribute promotional releases to industry contacts, collect feedback, manage related campaigns, and share simple "Listen Only" demo/work-in-progress tracks that don't require feedback collection or a download.
2. Accounts
Label accounts are created by us on your behalf. Within a label account, an Admin can create one Editor account with more limited access. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. For security, an account is signed out automatically after 1 hour of inactivity, and only one session per account can be active at a time.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Access may start with a trial period; afterward, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal, at the amount agreed for your account, until cancelled.
- You control auto-renewal from your account settings if you pay via Stripe or PayPal. If auto-renewal is off, or your subscription isn't paid through Stripe/PayPal at all, access is suspended automatically once your subscription end date passes without renewal — see Section 6 for exactly what suspension means and what happens after.
- We'll email the account's contact address as your subscription approaches expiry (around 14 and 5 days beforehand), and again if the account is suspended.
- Payments are processed entirely by Stripe/PayPal under their own terms — we never see or store your card or PayPal password.
4. Your content and contacts
You retain ownership of the releases, demo tracks, artwork, and contact lists you upload. You're responsible for having the right to use and distribute that content, and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam rules) when emailing your contacts through the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email to people who haven't consented to hear from you, to upload unlawful or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
6. Suspension and deletion for an expired subscription
If your subscription expires without renewal (see Section 3), your account is automatically suspended. Suspension is not immediate deletion:
- You can still log in. You'll see a clear notice that your subscription has expired, shown throughout the account.
- You can still view your existing promo releases, demo/"Listen Only" pages, and mailing list — but you can't add, edit, or delete anything in them, send campaigns, or upload new content, until you renew.
- An Admin can still access Account Settings to renew or purchase a subscription and immediately restore full access. An Editor is shown the same notice and asked to contact their Admin, since only an Admin can manage billing.
- How long you have to renew before deletion depends on where you were. If it was your initial 15-day trial that expired without ever being upgraded to a paid plan, you have 15 days from the date of suspension. If it was an actual paid subscription that didn't renew, you have 1 month instead — in that case, we also send a reminder partway through, when 15 days are left. Either way, if the subscription still hasn't been renewed or repurchased by then, the account and everything in it — every release, demo track, mailing list contact, feedback message, uploaded file, and the underlying database — is deleted automatically and permanently. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it afterward.
- We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, independently of subscription status.
- You may request account closure, or delete your own account and its content immediately yourself from Account Settings, at any time — this is also permanent and cannot be undone.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, payment processors, email delivery), or unforeseen issues can occasionally cause downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SPREADnGO isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content lost through the automatic deletion described in Section 6.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
