SPREADnGO ("we", "us") provides a music promo distribution platform for record labels. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Who we are

SPREADnGO is operated as a SaaS platform. For any privacy question, contact us at info@spreadngo.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information: label name, login username, contact email, and (for Admin/Editor accounts) a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text.
Billing information: if you subscribe via Stripe or PayPal, the payment itself is handled entirely by them — we never see or store your card number or PayPal password. We only keep a reference id (e.g. a Stripe subscription id) and your billing status.
Contact lists you upload: names and email addresses of the industry contacts you choose to send promo campaigns to, which you provide and control.
Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps, actions taken) for security purposes — detecting abuse, rate-limiting login attempts, and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

To operate your account and let you manage releases, contacts, and campaigns.
To process subscription payments and keep your billing status up to date.
To send you service emails (e.g. trial started, subscription active, renewal reminders) and, if you use our email sending features, to deliver your own campaign emails to your contacts on your behalf.
To protect the platform against spam and abuse (e.g. reCAPTCHA on login and public forms).

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use the following third-party services, each acting under their own privacy policy, to operate the platform:

Stripe and PayPal — payment processing for subscriptions.
Brevo and/or your own configured SMTP provider — outgoing email delivery.
Google reCAPTCHA — bot/spam protection on login and public forms.
Our hosting provider — to run the servers and databases the platform runs on.

5. Data retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal/accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — some information may be retained where required by law (e.g. billing records).

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the platform — primarily a session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party services (Google reCAPTCHA) may set their own cookies when active on a page; see Google's own privacy policy for details.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@spreadngo.com.

We may update this page from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
